We have begun our Flat Stanleys..

We are going to send our Flat Stanleys to different states and countries.

We are going to send it to another second grade class.

We have read the book Flat Stanley.

The girls are Flat Stanlina the boys are Flat Stanley.

Art Class

In art class the students are learning about texture.  They created beautiful owls using clay and slip.

Homework Club

Homework club starts this Wednesday.  The club will go from 3:15-4:00.  Please send me an email or a note in your child's folder to let me know if they will be joining us.  Also, let me know if your child will come every week or on an as needed basis.  Please make sure that they bring their homework packet.  If your child has finished the packet they are welcome to join us to get in some extra reading time.

This club is free of charge.
